WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?

All clothing and accessories are final sale. Should you wish to request an exchange, please contact us or email contact@bof555.com within 7 days from receipt. Exchanges are accepted on products purchased from bof555.com at the full retail value. Exchanges are valid only for products that have not been used, damaged or tampered with, and will not be accepted without original tags intact and original sales receipt. Products which are defective or damaged upon delivery will be repaired free of charge. Refunds for products defective or damaged upon arrival are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product of equal value. The damaged or defective product must be returned prior to the dispatch of the replacement. BUNCH OF FOOLS reserves the right to refuse repairs of products that have been tampered with or have been purchased over 12 months prior. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and any damage or loss that may occur while in transit.
